Kassie Fox is an AMS trained 3-6 Montessori guide with 20 years of experience working with children. A child of two teachers and musicians, she was raised to follow her passions and has thus always found herself within the field of education. A recent Boston transplant, Kassie worked as both a Montessori Lead Primary teacher as well as an assistant director in Seattle, WA for the last 8 years. Growing up just outside of Washington DC, she received her B.A in Elementary Education as well as Peace and Conflict Studies at Guilford College in Greensboro, NC. Additionally, she attended the University of Southern California for her Master in Social Work with a focus on Community Organizing Planning and Administration. Kassie is committed to the work of social justice, believes in equal access to Montessori education, and loves the honesty and authenticity of young children. Additionally, she misses the alpine lakes of Washington, is mildly obsessed with the podcast Ologies, and has discovered a burgeoning excitement for rock climbing. Kassie has followed the work of Wildflower Schools across the country for several years and is honored to now have the opportunity to be a part of this community.
